Series: This is Us
When we started this series and focused on Connect, we said that Connect was the key of which all the other words rested, and I believe that is so true when we talk about Serve because there can be such a misconception about serving and why we do it: throughout history and in many different religions people have been taught or come to believe that the amount of their service is in direct correlation to the forgiveness they receive. They believe one must work to earn salvation.
