Bible Text: 1 Corinthians 16:13-18 | Preacher: Jason Seggelke | Series: GIVING CHURCH | This morning we are continuing in our series Giving Church and we are going to talk about Generosity. And today is a great day for you to practice generosity and many of you have by all your generous donations and many of you will by donating your time to help with Thanksgiving food distribution. Today’s passage can take on many different directions and that is what is so cool about God’s Word, it is living and active and useful for teaching: we could talk about being a Godly Person, or A Godly Family, or Standing Firm, or Growing Faith, or any number of things. But instead this morning there is a little, overlooked statement that needs to be fleshed out.
